Cortina Asset Management has appointed Alexander Yaggy to head two newly launched strategies, the Cortina Small Cap Value fund and the Cortina SMID Value fund. The firm also added Andrew Storm and John Clausen to the team. The trio will be based in the New York office.
Prior to Cortina, Yaggy and Storm served at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as co-head and analyst of the Morgan Stanley/Van Kampen Small Cap Value Funds and the Morgan Stanley Small-Mid Value Fund, respectively. Clausen worked with the Mutual Series Group of Franklin Templeton Investments.
