Malaysian Biotechnology Corp. (BiotechCorp) will introduce a $100 million fund, Bernama reports. The Bio-Technology Venture Fund is aimed at expanding the country’s biotech industry.
The fund, jointly administered by Intrasys and Exoreus, will have BiotechCorp as corporate adviser. Biotech companies operating in Malaysia can tap the fund, which will be available next year.
