An unincorporated limited-purpose trust Cinram International Income Fund has reshuffled its board of trustees. Ontario, Toronto–based manufacturer of pre-recorded multimedia products for movie studios, music labels, video game publishers, and software firms in North America and Europe has named Randall Benson and Bradley Dietz on its board.

Meanwhile, trustee Robert Poile has stepped down. Currently the fund board comprises chairman William Anderson, CEO Steve Brown, Henri Aboutboul, Benson and Dietz.
