CME Group is launching CME Co-Location Services on January 29, Finextra reports. The service suite will include hosting, connectivity and support provisions. It will be managed from the group’s Chicago-based data center. CME Group is the most diverse derivatives marketplace globally.
The co-location service will provide minimal latency connectivity for trading on the CME Globex platform. All customers will get fair and equal access, equal pricing, the same terms and conditions, as well as equal lengths of fiber between customer cabinets and the platform or connections to carriers.
