MGP Berth Seeks $1.6B Loan

MGP Berth, a division of Macquarie Global Property Advisors, appointed banks to help it refinance a loan signed in 2008 for Asia Square Tower 1.

MGP Berth, a division of Macquarie Global Property Advisors, appointed banks to help it refinance a loan signed in 2008 for Asia Square Tower 1, Bloomberg reports. The new loan will be worth $1.6 billion loan.

The new facility is due to mature in April. Banks leading the deal include DBS Group Holdings, Oversea-Chinese Banking, Malayan Banking, Standard Chartered and United Overseas Bank.
