Private equity firm Graham Partners has offloaded one of its portfolio companies Schneller to TransDigm Group. Graham raised $289 million from the sale, adds Private Equity Hub. Harris Williams & Co. advised Graham Partners and Schneller during the sale process.
The deal was led by Jon Nemo, Chris Rogers and Doug Kinard from the firm’s Aerospace, Defense and Government Services (ADG) Group, as well as Brent Spiller from the firm’s Richmond office. Graham bought the Ohio-headquartered provider of highly engineered, laminates for surfaces within commercial aircraft in 2007.
