A unit of Inland American Real Estate Trust has bought the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel and Spa in California for about $72 million.

A unit of Inland American Real Estate Trust has bought the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel and Spa in California for about $72 million. The property was bought from Lighthouse Lodging Group and Privet Investments. Lighthouse Lodging will continue to manage the hotel. Lighthouse, a California hotel manager, and Privet, a New York investor, acquired the hotel for $36 million in 2009, adds Commercial Real Estate Direct.
