Harvest Capital Strategies has launched a specialty finance venture offering structured credit to small operations. Harvest Capital Credit will originate transactions independently but will control the infrastructure and capabilities of JMP Credit Advisors.
Richard Buckanavage, former president and CEO of Patriot Capital Funding, will be president of Harvest Capital Credit and be joined by Ryan Magee. Harvest Capital Strategies is the alternative asset management division of JMP Group.
