Barclays has selected Toby Phelps to be its managing director and head of real estate (RE), Bloomberg reports. The former Morgan Stanley banker will head the firm’s property advisory in Australia. Phelps will take up his roles for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Barclays, he was associated with GreenOak Real Estate.
