IFC Raises $183M In Notes Sale

International Finance Corporation has raised $183.4 million through a debt issue.

International Finance Corporation (IFC) has raised $183.4 million through a debt issue, Reuters reports. The securities are scheduled to mature on July 29, 2015.

The notes carry a coupon rate of 3.25%. The private sector lending arm of the World Bank appointed TD Securities as the lead manager for the offering.
