KKR Gets Nods To Operate In Saudi Arabia

KKR has received approval from the financial regulators of Saudi Arabia to operate in the country.

KKR has received approval from the financial regulators of Saudi Arabia to operate in the country, AltAssets reports. The Saudi Capital Market Authority has granted a license to a subsidiary of the firm, KKR Saudi.

KKR first started operations in the region with an office in Dubai in 2009, adds Reuters. Separately, the U.S. firm has teamed up with Italian energy company, Sorgenia, to form a partnership for the production of wind energy in France.
