Hedge fund managers have met the requirements of institutional investors regarding transparency about their funds and operations, according to a survey by Preqin.

Hedge fund managers have met the requirements of institutional investors regarding transparency about their funds and operations, according to a survey by Preqin, Pensions & Investments reports. The study also reveals that around 90% of the investors surveyed are getting sufficient portfolio transparency across their hedge fund portfolio.

About 96% of surveyed investors acknowledged that hedge fund transparency improved in the last three years. About 84% of respondents indicated that they are not likely to invest in a vehicle that did not meet demands.
