Schroders has added Lesley-Ann Morgan to the global strategic solutions group. In the newly created role at the asset manager, she will serve as a senior strategist in the team. Prior to this, Morgan served at Towers Watson as senior investment consultant and head of client delivery group. She was in charge of offering investment solutions to clients and managing pension schemes.
