AkzoNobel’s fourth pension fund Stichting Pensioenfonds AkzoNobel has created a pension bureau, IPE reports. The bureau will improve policy preparation, supervise its pension provider and its relationship with external experts. The €4 billion fund has also added external experts to its audit committee. Syntrus Achmea Pension Management is the pension provider for the scheme. The pension fund has posted a 7.8% result for the year 2010.
