Russell Investments has rolled out a new index-based exchange-traded fund (ETF), ETF Daily News reports. The Russell 2000 High Beta ETF will track the Russell-Axioma U.S. Small Cap High Beta Index.
The index is designed to deliver exposure to large cap U.S. stocks. Russell Investment Management has been appointed as the investment adviser for the vehicle.
