Deutsche Bank’s global prime finance business’ co-head, Jonathan Hitchon, is joining the board of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Hitchon is succeeding Robert Kaplan of State Street Bank and Trust, whose term has expired.
DTCC has elected all other members of the board, except for its president, William Aimetti, who retired. Hitchon was appointed by Deutsche Bank in early 1998 as part of the acquisition of equity derivatives from National Westminster Bank.
