CalPERS, Lockheed Martin and KAUST Investment Management Co. are among 32 investors and consultants announced as nominees in Institutional Investor’s 9th Annual Hedge Fund Industry Awards.

The nominees were selected by the editors of Institutional Investor magazine based on their demonstrated skill at absolute return investing during the past year as well as their overall ability to construct and manage hedge fund portfolios.

More than 100 firms, investors and individuals will be honored on June 20th at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
