PepsiCo Raises $1.75B Via Note Sale

PepsiCo has sold notes worth $1.75 billion in a two-part sale.

PepsiCo has sold notes worth $1.75 billion in a two-part sale, Bloomberg reports. The first tranche of $750 million notes mature in two years, while the $1 billion notes mature in five years.

The New York-based company will use the sale proceeds for general corporate purposes. Bank of America, Citigroup and Royal Bank of Scotland managed the sale.
