Jefferies Group has appointed Danford Peterson as a managing director in municipal securities trading. Based in New York, he will be responsible for trading municipal securities. Most recently, Peterson was working with PIMCO as a portfolio manager focused on municipals. Formerly, he also served at Goldman Sachs, and was recently a vice president on Goldman’s municipal trading desk.
