MN Services has named a new supervisory board of independent members after the reconstruction of its governance, IPE reports. The new board associates are Peter Kok, Ella Vogelaar, Kees Korevaar and Cees van Woudenberg. Kok is former CFO of Dutch insurer, Delta Lloyd, while Vogelaar is an independent consultant and interim manager and a former housing minister. Korevaar is a senior researcher at Tilburg University, while van Woudenberg is an executive vice-president for internal control and audit with Air France-KLM.
