Two SPGP fund managers have quit and are in the process of rolling out their own boutique, Citywire reports. Frédéric Motte and Jérôme Archambeaud managed the Focus Europa fund at the firm.
Motte moved to SPGP and unveiled the Focus Europa fund in 2005, which has since grown to almost €220 million. Archambeaud joined the French firm in 2008. The Focus Europa fund has returned 17.2% over the last five years.
