Seven Wells Fargo Advisors employees are moving to brokerage firm, Benjamin F Edwards & Company, The Wall Street Journal reports. The St Louis-based firm has set up an office in the Chicago suburb of Wheaton, Illinois, its seventh in the U.S.
The new team members are David Hanson, David Fisher, Brian VanderLugt, Susan Hedman, Linda Sabo, Amy VanderLugt and Jeff Wynsma. The team members, known as the Hanson-Fisher Wealth Management Group, were formerly financial advisers at AG Edwards, which was taken over by Wachovia Securities in 2007.
