Ex-Russell Investments portfolio managers have rolled out a new investment firm, called Acuitas Investments, Plan Adviser reports. Seattle-based firm, set up by Chris Tessin and Dennis Jensen, will focus on offering a microcap product to institutions.

Acuitas launched a multi-manager fund in the second quarter. The firm will invest money from institutions, such as pension funds and high-net-worth individuals, adds Business Journal.
