ConvergEx Group has appointed Jim Karelas as head of Asia-Pacific transition management. Based in Sydney, he will work under head of global transition management Kal Bassily.
Prior to joining the technology company, Karelas was with JP Morgan in Sydney, where he was in charge for establishing transition management capabilities across Australia and Asia. He has also worked with MLC Investment Management and State Street.
