U.S. corporates continue to find value in corporate access services offered by sell-side firms. As expectations for that usage change post-MiFID II, it’s reasonable to speculate that preferences for corporate access providers may also change in the future.

Over 150 Investor Relations Officers from publicly listed U.S. companies responded to the corporate access poll. Additionally, 1.755 investors from 836 firms chose corporate access providers as part of Institutional Investor‘s 2018 All-America Research Team survey and 565 corporates chose providers as part of Institutional Investor‘s 2019 All-America Executive Team survey.
