Neil Cowell has joined client-owned U.S. investment management company The Vanguard Group as head of retail sales in Europe, FundWeb reports. Before this, Cowell was national sales manager at U.K. long-term savings and investment company Standard Life.
The firm’s head of sales Nick Blake has been promoted as head of retail and European product development. Blake will be managing distribution, strategy and product development across Europe, with head of retail sales Peter Robertson, now Vanguard principal, managing the retail side of its U.S. business.
