Kiran Patel is stepping down as global head of business development, distribution, research and strategy at AXA Real Estate on December 31, Reuters reports. AXA Real Estate is the largest real estate portfolio and asset manager in Europe, with more than €40 billion of assets under management as of June-end.
Patel is planning to pursue other opportunities in the sector, which might include starting his own property investment firm. The firm has not announced his replacement. Patel has been with the firm for 11 years.
