New York–based global financial services firm JPMorgan Chase & Co. has added James Bell to its board of directors. The board has also put him on the audit committee. Bell is with Boeing Co., the world’s largest aerospace company, as corporate president, CFO and executive vice president.
Bell manages two key Boeing businesses, Boeing Capital Corp., the company’s customer-financing subsidiary, and Boeing Shared Services, its multi-billion-dollar business unit. He is also on the board of directors of Dow Chemical Co., the Chicago Urban League, World Business Chicago and the Chicago Economic Club.
