Saxo Bank has established a new office in Moscow to be headed by Igor Dombrovan as COO. Dombrovan joined the Danish investment bank in early September.
He is reporting to Vitaly Butbaev, Eastern Europe head. Dombrovan joined Saxo Bank from the Russian engineering firm Profenergo, where he was administrative director.
