Rab Capital Sells 7.3% Stake In Ipsa

U.K. hedge fund manager Rab Capital has sold its 7.3 percent stake in independent power producer Ipsa Group.

U.K. hedge fund manager Rab Capital has sold its 7.3 percent stake in independent power producer Ipsa Group, Business Day reports. Rab Capital has sold stake to Sandton, Johannesburg-based Eskom. As a part of the deal, RAB Capital had sold 7.8 million ordinary shares of 2 pence per unit. The main asset of Ispa that has been sold is an 18-MW cogeneration plant in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.
