Duemme International Luxembourg has selected BNP Paribas Securities Services to prepare its key investor information document (KIID), Asset Servicing Times reports. The French asset servicing firm will produce the document from the first quarter of 2012. The document is meant for the fund manager’s Société d’Investissement à Capital Variable (SICAV) fund. The KIID is a legal Ucits IV requirement for investment companies selling funds within the European Union, made mandatory from July.
