The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has appointed Richard Leung as senior vice president and co-head of the IT division (ITD). Leung, currently chief technology officer at Chi-X Global, will join HKEx in October and lead the ITD together with Bill Chow, chief technology officer.
The ITD co-heads will be reporting to Charles Li, CEO of HKEx. The exchange has also named Roger Lee as head of listing operations and Sylvia Hoosen as senior vice president and head of human resources.
