HSBC Saudi Arabia has rolled out an open-ended commodities fund, Trade Arabia reports. The HSBC Amanah Commodity Index Fund is a Shariah-compliant fund.
The fund will seek long-term capital growth by allocating to commodities in a Shariah-compliant manner. The new vehicle will be benchmarked against the performance of a commodity index.
