Renaissance Capital has appointed Soroosh Shambayati as managing director and global co-head of markets in Moscow, Financial News reports. He will work with Nick Andrews, another global head of markets, and will lead the bank’s fixed-income, currency and commodities team.
Shambayati joins Renaissance from Nomura Securities, where he was chairman, global emerging markets. Previously, he was associated with Lehman Brothers Holdings and Citigroup.
