Barclays’ retail and business banking (RBB) CEO in the U.K. and Europe will exit on October 1, City A.M. reports. Deanna Oppenheimer will continue as vice-chair of the unit until the end of the year. Ashok Vaswani, currently CEO of Barclays Africa, will be head of RBB for the U.K. Antony Jenkins, RBB CEO, will take additional charge of Europe.
