Reliance Mutual Fund has introduced two fixed-income schemes, India Infoline reports. The Reliance Fixed Horizon Fund - XX - Series 6 and the Reliance Fixed Horizon Fund - XX - Series 7, which offer growth and dividend payout options, will put up to 100 percent of assets in money market instruments, government securities issued by central and/or state government and other fixed-income or debt securities. The scheme looks to generate regular returns and capital growth. Amit Tripathi will be the portfolio manager. The Crisil Short Term Bond Fund Index is the benchmark index for the scheme.
