Dutch property investor Wereldhave has been selected as the preferred bidder to acquire a shopping centre in West London, Property Week reports. The shopping centre is being marketed by Legal & General Property for about £152.5 million. The shopping mall is rented to tenants, including Argos Extra, Marks & Spencer, New Look, Primark and Tesco. The buyer is being advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.
