Bank of America Corp. will sell an $880 million commercial mortgages portfolio.

Bank of America Corp. (BofA) will sell an $880 million commercial mortgages portfolio, The Wall Street Journal reports. The portfolio is being acquired by Invesco, a venture of Square Mile Capital Management and a fund managed by Canyon Capital Realty Advisors. The portfolio comprises a mix of performing and nonperforming loans tied to 32 properties. The buildings include the Renaissance Centre office building in Wilmington, and the Bank of America Tower in St. Louis, which is not owned by the lender.
