Invesco PowerShares Capital Management is expected to commence trading of the PowerShares Fundamental Investment Grade Corporate Bond Portfolio on the NYSE Arca from September 15. The exchange-traded fund (ETF), which will issue monthly distributions, will implement Research Affiliates’ fundamental index methodology. The fund is based on the RAFI Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index and will allocate a minimum 80 percent of its total assets to the securities comprising it, including U.S. dollar-denominated bonds. The ETF will allow investors to access maturities ranging from one year to 10 years for improved risk-adjusted returns.
