T Rowe Price Group’s U.K. head of client relationships Andrew Marks has moved to U.S. investment management firm Artisan Partners. He has joined Artisan Partners U.K.’s institutional marketing team as managing director. He will work with the global equity portfolio team managed by Barry Dargan and also support Artisan’s expansion in the EMEA region. Marks joined T Rowe Price in 2001 as business development executive prior to being promoted to director and head of Latin America, Southern Europe and Switzerland.
