Acacia Capital Buys Seattle Apts For $61M

An affiliate of Acacia Capital has bought the One Thousand Eighth Avenue apartment property in downtown Seattle for $60.75 million.

An affiliate of Acacia Capital has bought the One Thousand Eighth Avenue apartment property in downtown Seattle for $60.75 million, Commercial Real Estate Direct reports. The transaction was brokered by Hendricks & Partners.

The San Mateo, California, investment manager acquired the two-building complex from a venture of Bascom Group and Rockwood Capital. The property, which was constructed in 1949, was completely renovated three years ago.
