Malaysian PF Pays $131M For Centre

The Employer’s Provident Fund of Malaysia has bought a distribution center for $131 million.

The Employer’s Provident Fund of Malaysia has bought a distribution center for $131 million, GlobeSt reports. The property was sold by European Property Investors Special Opportunities, a fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners and AEW Europe.

The property includes three warehouses and its main tenant includes supermarket chain Sainsbury. The supermarkets company has leases on the property until 2027.
