Global venture capital and growth equity firm Accel Partners has bought a minority stake in Dealer.com.

Global venture capital and growth equity firm Accel Partners has bought a minority stake in Dealer.com. Accel partner Todd MacLean will join the company’s board of directors as part of the deal, which is expected to be worth $30 million, adds TechCrunch. MacLean will replace Don Hall. Dealer.com raised $5 million in 2010. Based in Burlington, Vermont, it sells a software-as-a-service application that manages auto dealers’ web presence from start to finish.
