CVC Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Dutch provider of payroll and human resources software Raet. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. CVC is acquiring Raet from funds advised by AlpInvest Partners and Advent International. CVC has appointed ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas, ING, Lloyds and Rabobank to arrange financing for the acquisition, Reuters reports.
