RREEF Deutschland has sold two fully leased office properties in Seoul, PropertyEU reports. The deal has been valued at €155 million.
The unit of Deutsche Bank’s real estate investment arm RREEF sold the real estate to Samsung Group. RREEF Deutschland has raised nearly €50 million in capital gains from the sale of the buildings, which were originally purchased for €46 million and €71 million.
