Hyatt Hotels has raised $500 million through a sale of senior notes in two parts.

Hyatt Hotels has raised $500 million through a sale of senior notes in two parts, Reuters reports. The first tranche of $250 million notes, which carry a coupon rate of 3.875%, will mature on Aug. 15, 2016. The second tranche of $250 million notes, carrying a coupon rate of 5.375%, will mature on Aug. 15, 2021. The joint book-runners for the issue were Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Scotia Capital and UBS.
