RBC Capital Markets has appointed Michael Goldberg as co-head of its U.S. equity capital markets (ECM) group, The Wall Street Journal reports. He will work alongside Joe Morea, who is also vice chairman of RBC Capital in the U.S.
In the new role, Goldberg will work under Blair Fleming, head of the U.S. investment banking group at the firm. Goldberg is joining RBC Capital from Barclays Capital, where he was a managing director of the equity capital markets team.
