Fiduciary Trust Company International has selected Paul Napoli as a new director of its board. Napoli has also joined the firm’s audit committee as a member.
He joins the firm from U.S. Trust, where he was vice chairman. Before that, he was vice president and portfolio manager at The Bank of New York.
