Energy Capital Partners is acquiring a 65% stake in CoaLogix from energy technology holding company Acorn Energy. The private equity group will pay a total of around $101 million for the acquisition.
On the transaction, UBS Investment Bank acted as financial advisor to CoaLogix and Merriman Capital advised the seller. The remaining share of CoaLogix is held by EnerTech Capital and its own management.
