Goldman Sachs has raised $2.75 billion through a sale of senior unsecured securities.

Goldman Sachs has raised $2.75 billion through a sale of senior unsecured securities, Reuters reports. The size of the deal was raised from an initially planned $2.5 billion. The securities will mature on July 27, 2021. Goldman was the only manager for the offering.
